These delightful desserts are finished with a fondant top before the hand-crafted sugar flower arrangements are applied.
The fruit cake itself is a decadent recipe, made from scratch in our quality kitchen using Margaret's traditional recipes. Abundant in high-quality currants, raisins, sultanas and glazed cherries and topped up with rum, it is the perfect accompaniment to your Christmas table.
The Holly Design incorporates a beautiful spray of white sugar flowers, holly leaves, and ribbon finish, arranged off centre over a royal icing drizzle. Sugar flower sprays can be carefully removed and kept as a keepsake from the gift if desired.
The mini Christmas cakes are 400g cakes.
