Cake Order FAQs
Pre-designed cakes can be ordered online with as little as two days’ notice. Custom cakes need at least two weeks, depending on our availability.
Yes, absolutely. Our cupcakes come in chocolate or vanilla buttercake, and our cakes can be upgraded to mud, carrot, or other flavours. We can usually adjust colours to suit your theme, and if you’d like bigger design changes, we can prepare a custom quote.
You can choose in-store pickup or local delivery at checkout. Enter your address to see if delivery is available in your area and view the delivery fee before placing your order.
Our pre-designed cakes are available in three sizes, catering to small gatherings of between 5 to 18 people. Each cake listing includes a sizing guide with options. For larger events, we recommend placing a custom cake order.

Of course! Most cakes can include a short message on top, or if the design doesn't permit that we can write it on the cake board. Just add your wording in the notes section at checkout. If you’d like something more detailed or sculpted, we can quote that as a custom design.
Keep your cake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most cakes don’t need to be refrigerated unless the weather is very hot. If you do refrigerate it, bring it back to room temperature before serving for the best flavour and texture.
We can often accommodate some dietary requests such as gluten-free or vegan options, depending on the cake. However, please note that all cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens and therefore may contain traces. Our products are not suitable for coeliacs or people with severe allergies. If you have specific requirements, contact us before placing your order.
We understand plans change. For pre-designed cakes, we require at least 7 days notice for cancellations or reschedules. Custom orders are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on work already completed. Deposits paid to secure custom bookings are not refundable.
