Order Confirmation
Your order is not confirmed until payment (or deposit) has been received.
Please double-check your order details and contact us immediately if you spot an error. We’ll do our best to assist.
⚠️ We do not cater to dietary restrictions or allergies. All items may contain traces of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts due to shared kitchen facilities.

Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

By paying the deposit, you agree to the quote, design, and these terms.

To cancel, you must notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

Orders cancelled within 2 weeks are non-refundable.

Refunds of balance payments are at our discretion and may incur admin fees.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered when:

You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The product is returned within 24 hours and is mostly intact (not eaten).
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Improper storage or consumption beyond a reasonable timeframe

Damage after collection or delivery
Design Adjustments
We do our best to match the agreed design. However, slight variations may occur due to:

Availability of ingredients or materials

Weather conditions

Creative adjustments during the cake-making process
Design changes after confirmation are at our discretion and may not always be possible.
Dietary Information
We are unable to accommodate customers with food allergies.
All our cakes are made in the same kitchen using shared equipment. Even gluten-free recipes may contain traces of:

By ordering, you accept the risk of trace allergens.
Collection & Delivery
Pickup:
Collect your order from 651 Samford Rd, Mitchelton during business hours.
Missed pickups will be held until our next trading day. No refunds apply for missed collections.
Delivery:
We offer delivery across Brisbane. Please ensure:

Someone is available to accept the order
If no one is present at delivery:

The order may return to our store

A redelivery fee will apply
Once delivered, we are not responsible for the order’s storage, display, or condition.
Cake Care
Store your cake according to our instructions.
Most cakes require a cool, dry space. Air-conditioning is ideal.
Once delivered or collected, responsibility for proper storage is yours.
We cannot offer refunds for spoilage caused by improper storage or delayed consumption.
Your Personal Information
We only collect your details to process your order and delivery.
We never sell or share your information without your consent (unless required by law).
You are responsible for ensuring all submitted details are accurate and current.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by:

Indemnity
By ordering with us, you agree to:
