We sure do! Studio Cakes (formerly The Cake & Icing Centre) has been a specialty bakery in Brisbane since 1973. We have a 5-star commercial kitchen onsite, where we create beautiful custom cakes and also host decorating classes.
Because we use the products we sell every day, our team has real-world decorating experience and can offer expert advice.

If you change your mind, we may offer store credit for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Food products (fondant, sprinkles, edible paints, decorations, etc.) cannot be returned, even if unopened

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom cake orders.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds of balance payments are at our discretion and may incur admin fees.

No refunds are available for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event.

Refunds for faulty products are considered only when:

You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item

The item is returned within 24 hours in mostly intact (not consumed) condition

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect storage, or once the cake has been collected or delivered.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at checkout.
Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

To modify: Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we’ll do our best to help.

To cancel: Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Cancellations may incur an admin fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
