Powdered food colouring.
A great way of adding colour, tones or highlights to your projects in a variety of different finishes and colours. Petal dust can be brushed on dry to sugar decorations to create shading, mixed with other petal dusts to create custom colours and (our personal favourite) blended with rose spirit to create your own edible paint.
As it is a powder, it can be added to melted chocolate without seizing.
