A coupler allows the decorator to change similar sized tubes without emptying the contents of the icing bag.
It is made up of a base and ring.
Note you may need to trim the bag.
I have tried making my own but honestly for perfection every time it is easier to use SC house made frosting. Holds up well in our climate, easy to work with and tastes great
