A guided rolling pin is an essential cake decorating tool for precise fondant work. The colour-coded guides slide on and off to assist with rolling consistent widths with either icing or dough. Advanced users can remove the guides all together for custom thickness.

The blue guide is 1.5mm (1/16 inch) and pink guide is 3mm (1/8 inch)

Available in three sizes from reputable Australian brand Loyal (23cm, 33cm, 50cm).
