This Brandy Essence is a clear oil based essence which is stronger than water based flavours. Comes in a convenient 50ml glass bottle can be used for flavouring. Drop a few drops into chocolate, cake mix or icing. Add more until desired strength is achieved.

A blend of natural and synthetic flavour substances, with ethanol (starch &/or sugar derived).

80th birthday party

This cake was so delicious. We went with the vanilla sponge which everyone loved. It was a last minute idea to have a party and Sarah was so accommodating, providing us with 3 options. Really glad with our choice of fairy garden which birthday lady loved. Highly recommend Studio cakes for both delicious cake and first class service. Will definitely use them again.
