A delightful caramel cake mix that is premium quality and creates a lovely moist cake with a decadent caramel flavour. Easy to make, suitable for a 8inch round (20cm) cake tin.
- 3 eggs,
- 175ml water,
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Combine dry cake mix with 3 eggs and 175ml water. Mix for approx. 2 minutes on low speed, scrape down, and mix on high speed for a further 2 minutes. Finally add 1/2 cup vegetable oil and mix on low speed until oil clears.
Baking times vary for each oven. As a guide only: 1hr 15mins+ using a 160ºC fan forced oven.

Storage and care instructions
Keep your caramel mix in the cupboard for when the baking mood strikes! Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
Best when used within 6 months.
