Cadbury's Tuscany dark chocolate buttons are delicious to eat and easy to work with!

Use your chocolate buttons to make ganache, bake delicious mud cakes or pipe decorations. This compound chocolate is ready to melt, form and shape into chocolate shards and scrolls without the need for complex tempering. At Studio Cakes, it is our chocolate of preference. 

Available in a variety of weights (incrementally by 500g) for your baking or chocolate making needs.

Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, milk solids. emulsifiers (soy lecithin, 476, 492), flavour. Compound chocolate contains cocoa solids 15%, milk solids 10%). May contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.

Best tasting ganache from Tuscany buttons

I recently used the Cadbury Dark Tuscany Chocolate Buttons for ganache. They melted easily and the ganache was smooth and silky and tasted heavenly. I don’t know why I hadn’t tried before - usually last minute ganache making and just buy buttons from supermarket. Will be planning my supplies better in future.
