Essence - Caramel

Used as a flavour/fragrance ingredient in food applications. This caramel essence has a distinct butter caramel flavour and aroma, and is a clear oil based essence which is stronger than water based flavours.

Can be used for flavouring chocolate as it is oil-soluble. 

Drop a few drops into chocolate, cake mix or icing. Add more until desired strength is achieved.

Store at cool room temp (in the cupboard is fine).

Use a few drops to start, this is stronger than your usual supermarket flavourings.

A blend of natural and synthetic flavour substances, with ethanol (starch &/or sugar derived).
