Do not refrigerate, keep in a cool dry place in ambient temperatures between 20-25 deg c.
If kept appropriately, sugar flowers can last for years to either be reused on a future cake or as a beautiful keepsake from your special day.

Although made from sugar paste, we do not recommend eating your sugar flowers. These sugar flowers are wired together with florist wire and wrapped in florist tape to form a single stem for ease of application. We recommend that your flower is removed prior to serving your cake.
