Book of 5 sheets of edible gold leaf transfer sheets. Each gold leaf measures to standard European size of 80mm x 80mm. 

These edible genuine gold leaf sheets are made with 23 kt gold and are an ideal way to add a touch of luxury to cakes, chocolate, sugar crafts or desserts.

When consumed these edible gold leaf disintegrates in the mouth without flavour.

Beautiful!

Easy to use, beautiful and shiny, can’t tell the difference between 23ct and 24ct - brilliant quality. Made 18th birthday cake extra special. Went on ganache and macarons beautifully with just a bit of water painted onto surface. Also purchase a big fluffy brush from Studio Cakes to help apply gold leaf onto surfaces of your cake.
