Floral Wire is used in cake decorating for making flowers, cake toppers and other shapes.
These wires can also be used in craft work.

• Stainless steel wire from JAPAN covered in food grade paper 
• For cake and craft work, create flowers, sugar work and cake toppers 
• Smaller the gauge number, the heavier the wire 
• 18g and 20g ideal for very rigid decorations
• 22g ideal for upright decorations
• 24g, 26g and 28g ideal for flower modelling 
• 30g and 33g are ideal for small and fine work such as flower stamen
