The mix you need to create crunchy gluten-free biscuits with a golden syrup flavour.

In this recipe, the crunch is given through quinoa flakes. The mix has all the dry ingredients ready and weighed up for your home baking needs. You'll need to add 125g melted butter, 2 tbsp golden syrup and a few tbsp's of boiled water - that's it!

GLUTEN-FREE NOTES - it is important to note that as these mixes are created in our bakery where we use other ingredients that contain gluten, there may be traces of gluten in all of our products.

Requires 1tbsp golden syrup, 125g butter and water.

Set oven at 180deg c and grease baking tins. Melt golden syrup and butter. Add 2tbsp boiling water to butter mix. Stir melted ingredients in to dry ingredeitns, mixing well. Drop tablespoons of mixture onto prepared trays, allowing plenty of room for spreading. Bake at 180deg c for 20 mins or until thoroughly cooked. Remove from tray whilst still warm. Cool on wire rack.

*If your mixture is too dry, add another tbsp of boiling water.
