Available in a variety of sizes from 2mm, 4mm, 6mm & 8mm. Larger pearls are beautiful around the base of cakes, whereas smaller pearls add a touch of bling to cupcakes and desserts. These are also fabulous added to your own sprinkle blends!

Tips for use

To maintain the highest quality sheen on the cachous, please avoid or minimise direct handling of cachous prior to use. Food handling gloves, cotton gloves or utensils are the best way to handle metallic cachous.

Sugar (98%), Corn Starch, Maltodextrin, Fish Gelatine, Colourings: Silver E174. If: Gold, E174-E171-E172-E100-E102; Blue, E174-E133; Pink Silver E174-E120; Green E174-E100-E133; Glazing Agent: (E904)-E555 vegetable oil (coconut). May contain traces of nuts (Almonds, Hazelnuts), Soy and Gluten.
