Bakery Treats - Ordering Guide and Cut Off Times
Your cookies, doughnuts and all the other treats we sell in our bakery range are made from scratch using fresh local ingredients.
We bake Tuesday through to Friday and, because we need time to perfect your products, we have minimum timeframes before you can collect your order.
This guide is to let you know the earliest possible collection times for your treats based on when you have placed the order. We still request that you let us know the date you would like your order by entering the date on the product page when adding to cart.
If you're unable to enter the date while ordering, you can simply reply to your order confirmation email after you place your order. Our email is email@example.com.
Please keep in mind, order collections are subject to our opening hours. We may be operating on special hours due to lockdowns or during the Christmas/Easter period. We are also closed on public holidays.

In summary, if you order before 12pm Tuesday through to Friday you can organise collection for the next day. Orders placed from Friday 12pm through to Monday will not be available until the following Wednesday at the earliest.
If you have any questions about when your order will be available, or if you have a preferred date for pick up, please get in touch.
Treats such as doughnuts, cupcake care packages and cakes are not suitable for shipping. We can deliver if the address that you provide for shipping is within our local area (5km from our store). A local delivery option will be made available to you at the shipping section of checkout if you qualify for local area delivery.

Rest easy knowing you can opt for contactless and free-delivery, so you can support our business whilst we support you! We will leave your treats at the front door and send a message to the mobile provided to let you know they have arrived.
You can also choose to collect in store during opening hours.
It's essential that you collect your products as soon as you are notified that they are delivered. They do not require refrigeration, just store them on your kitchen counter in the box provided and they will be perfectly fine. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged due to not being collected from a contactless delivery. If you are planning on sending baked products as a gift, please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address so the items are not wasted. Refunds will not be provided for orders that are left outside or spoiled by incorrect storage.
Some of our products are best consumed on the day of collection/delivery for best quality (this applies to doughnuts and breads). Others (cupcakes, cakes, sweets) can be stored for a number of days in the box provided. For longer storage, cakes and cupcakes can be frozen. Some damage to decorations may occur in the thawing process. Cookies are best consumed before 7-10 days.
