The Martellato Non Slip Mat has pre-marked circles from approx 3" (8cm) to 20" (52cm) to allow for precise measuring, rolling and cutting of fondant, gum paste or dough. With the pre-marked circles you can accurately calculate the size and amount of fondant required to cover a cake.
Simply add double the height of the cake to the diameter of the cake and roll out the fondant to suit.
