Santa Hats - Single Serve Fruit Cake

These little Christmas treats are baked in a half-sphere shape and wrapped in red fondant, with a little fondant ball dipped in coconut to complete Santa's Hat. Shell edged piping around the base in royal icing finishes the look. These little bite sized cakes are a delight for a Secret Santa gift!
