This light and breezy cake mix is a delight to bake and eat. A more complex flavour than our classic vanilla cake mix, with a lighter texture and colour. Perfect for layering, rainbow cakes, or cupcakes.
Contains wheat, soy, dairy. May be present due to shared equipment: tree nuts, eggs.
Store in a cool dry place (such as pantry).
Required Ingredients for 1kg Mix:
1. 4 Eggs (200g)
2. 400g Water
3. 1kg Vanilla Deluxe Cake Mix (Included)
Baking Method:
Whisk or beater can be used for this cake mix.
1. Add ingredients to bowl
2. Mix on low speed for 1 minute
3. Scrape down then mix on high speed for 4 minutes
Baking times are dependent on your oven and cake size, however we estimate 12-15 mins for cupcakes and 50mins + for cakes.
