Perfect! Tasty! Fresh! Holds its shspe well in Brisbane Weather
Perfect frosting for Brisbane weather. It doesn’t melt like buttercream does and holds it shape really well. It’s super easy to create beautiful frosting patterns on your cakes and it tastes absolutely delicious! It tastes sweet, fresh and home-made without the factory machine like flavour that supermarket brands have.
Very handy little plate for letting fondant Flowers dry in shape, preventing them from going flat.
Excellent! Once I got the hang of using it correctly it was super easy and superfast to pop out loads of little Flowers. They levelled up my cupcakes for sure.

The cakes were delightful thank you. I declared them going through customs into NZ and all they wanted to know was “ is there fresh fruit on top of the cake?” We happily passed through and enjoyed the cake with coffee next day. The general consensus was that the raspberry and white choc got a 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🤭

My niece and her wedding guests were impressed with Sarah’s cake and asked me where did I get it from. Sarah makes beautifully handcrafted sugar flowers which made the cake look elegant. The cake tasted as good as it looks (upgrading to the signature choc mud cake was well worth the expense). Thank you Sarah.
