The dog rose is softer in appearance than the structured rose and adds fun to your cake creation. Individually wired sugar petals cup around a central bud bristling with flower stamens.
This flower is a great option if you prefer the ruffled look but find the peony too delicate.
Do not refrigerate, keep in a cool dry place in ambient temperatures between 20-25 deg c.
If kept appropriately, sugar flowers can last for years to either be reused on a future cake or as a beautiful keepsake from your special day.

Although made from sugar paste, we do not recommend eating your flower sprays. These sugar flowers are wired together with florist wire and wrapped in florist tape to form a single stem for ease of application. We recommend that your flower is removed prior to serving your cake.
