Our thin and delicate edible wafer paper is a valuable tool in the world of cake decorating and culinary artistry. It is used in the creation of beautiful edible decorations for a wide range of cakes and sweet treats. It is easy to cut into various shapes and sizes making it suitable for crafting a wide range of flowers and foliage. You can use scissors, knives, or even specialised cutters to achieve the desired shapes.

We like to use ours with our edible image printer to create wafer butterflies.

Store less than 25degrees c, dry and protected from light. Keep airtight and flat. Handle with care to prevent cracking. Avoid soaking or it will melt, instead brush with piping jelly for bending and gluing.
