These elegant edible pearls are available in a range of colours and sizes. 

Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Starch, Maltodextrin, Fish Gelatine, Colouring E174. The product may contain traces of nuts, soy and gluten. Keep in a cool and dry place. 

Tips for use

To maintain the highest quality sheen on the cachous, please avoid or minimise direct handling of cachous prior to use. Food handling gloves, cotton gloves or utensils are the best way to handle metallic cachous.
