Bakers Caramel (Parisian Essence) - 25ml

Professional grade Parisian essence ideal for giving a rich brown colour to gravies, puddings and cakes. One teaspoon will give fruit cakes a lovely warm brown colour.

Sold in small containers of 20-25ml, or more can be weighed up on request. 

Ingredients: Caramel Colour (150d). Store at ambient temperature for 12-24 months from manufacture (no expiry date, only a best before).
