Our piped flower class is back in 2026!

You'll be working with our head designer Sarah-Jane to create a single-tiered cake, iced in soft frosting and completed with a wreath of piped flowers. 

This is a hands-on class where you will personally frost your cake and practice the techniques taught in class to create your own piped flowers. Then you will arrange piped flowers onto your cake in a wreath design.  

We will discuss the benefits of various icings and give you insights into our preferences, whilst also answering any of your questions about soft icing finishes on cakes.

Each student takes home their decorated cake. All equipment will be provided for use in the class.

Coffee and tea facilities will be provided.

Please allow 3.5 to 4 hours to complete the course. We anticipate completion at 1:30pm, although the finish time will vary depending on the requirements of each student. We will do our best to accommodate each student's learning speed and we encourage questions.

Please wear comfortable, enclosed shoes and bring an apron.

Cakes will be baked in advance of the class and ready for participants to decorate. Please note that cakes contain gluten, dairy, eggs and soy, and may contain traces of allergens such as nuts. Allergy-free options are not available.
