Cake Mix - Gluten Free Chocolate Mud Cake 2kg

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Ingredients:
Use 450g gluten-free mud cake mix together with:
- 2 eggs,
- 150ml water
- 85ml oil
Mix all ingredients together on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour mixture in to a lined 20cm round cake tin and bake on 180c (160c fan-forced).
Baking times vary depending on the size of your tin and oven. In our experience, an 8inch round takes approximately 1hr 15mins, however, please check your cake with a skewer before removing it from the oven. Stand in pan for 10minutes before transferring on a wire rack to cool.
