This information relates to orders placed via our website or in store, for existing cake designs within our 'Studio Cakes Range'. For terms and conditions relating to our custom cake orders, whereby we have taken a specialty order from you, please refer to these terms and conditions.

Due to the variety of products made in our kitchen we are unable to cater to celiacs, allergy-free requests, or special dietary needs. All of the products made in our kitchen, including those made with gluten-free flour and/or vegan ingredients, may contain traces of gluten, eggs, soy, dairy and nuts. This includes decorations and cakes/icings. We use a variety of natural and artificial food colours in our bakery.

If you have opted for our delivery services, you are required to submit information to us to fulfill your order such as address and venue contact details. The information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. We cannot be held responsible for an inaccurate supply of information, including incorrect delivery address details. We are also not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Any person who accepts the goods at the delivery address will be taken to have been authorised to receive the goods by you. We will not be held responsible for the order once delivery has occurred. If there is no one available to take delivery of the order at the agreed time, and if we are unable to contact you during the delivery process, your order may be returned to our store. Redelivery may be unavailable, and if possible will incur an additional delivery fee.

Our address is 651 Samford Road, Mitchelton. We have limited parking in our rear car park. Ellworthy Street nearby also provides street parking.

Collections can be made during our opening hours. If you fail to attend our store during opening hours, you may miss out on the collection of your goods. Your order will then be available the next time our store is open. We hold cakes for only one day, so failure to collect on a Saturday may mean your cake will be unavailable and you will need to reorder at your own cost. We are not responsible for reminding you of your collection date, and failure to pick up your goods at the agreed time is not grounds for a refund or cancellation.

Saturdays 9am-12:30pm

We are happy to discuss changes and customisations to your cake designs. Adjustments may incur additional costs, and may require a customised cake order that has a longer turnaround time than advertised on our pre-designed Studio Cakes Collection.
