Use for macaroons, nougat, florentines, or cut to make decorative cake designs. (Hot tip - you can put it through the Cricut to make wafer butterflies!).

This is quality unsweetened wafer paper that is completely edible but does not influence the flavour of baked items. 

Dimensions of the A4 sheets are approximately 210 x 297 mm.

Ingredients: Potato Starch, Water, Vegetable Oil (Olive). 

Storage: For best results, store at less than 25deg c, dry and protected from light. Keep sealed airtight and flat.
