This light and breezy cake mix is a delight to bake and eat. A more complex flavour than our classic vanilla cake mix, with a lighter texture and colour. Perfect for layering, rainbow cakes, or cupcakes.
1kg packet yields approx 30 regular sized cupcakes, and is suitable for two 7inch (15cm) cake tins.
Requires eggs and water.

Baking time and oven temperature dependent on age and efficiency of your oven, and therefore can vary. Regular checks after cooking time of 40 minutes will be required if cake is not ready.
It is advisable for more modern ovens to cook at a slightly reduced temperature for a longer time.
