Powdered Colours

Powdered food colours are such a versatile addition to your decorating kit. Some of our Caroline's petal dusts are still going strong in our kitchen, purchased over 10 years ago! We love our powdered colours for fuss free colouring of sensitive items such as chocolate and meringue batters, but we especially love the superb finish a dry dusting can give to sugar flowers and fondant decorations. Powdered food colour can also easily be turned in to a beautiful paint with a little touch of rose spirit. Metallic sheens and deep vibrant shades abound in these little containers!
