Studio Cakes Bikkies Mix ANZAC style

This is my Mum (Gloria's) recipe, and everything she makes is amazing. Now you can make amazing ANZAC biscuits too! These biscuits are a staple in our family and I can't remember a time when there hasn't been a bunch of ANZAC bikkies in a jar ready for whoever visits to have with their cuppa.
Our Anzac Bikkie Mix has all the dry ingredients ready and weighed up for your home baking needs. You'll need to add 125g melted butter, 1 tbsp golden syrup and a few tbsp's of boiled water - that's it!
