Bakels Pettinice Ready To Use Fondant Icing is a reliable, consistent icing for covering special occasion cakes, cupcakes cookies. It is smooth and handles perfectly so cakes can be covered without blemish.

 

The icing should be kneaded lightly before rolling out to the desired size and thickness. By adding Tylose, the Pettinice Icing is the perfect consistency for making decorative roses, flowers and sugar animals.
